Is Fiberspark available where I live/work?

Fiberspark Internet service is currently available in Collegetown, along East Buffalo St, and at select apartment and office buildings across town. If you live in the Ithaca area, but not at one of those locations, you can enter your information along with a $10 depost to show your interest to be notified when we come to your neighborhood.

Does Fiberspark provide a wireless router?

Fiberspark does not provide wireless routers. You can purchase your own wireless router and we can help set it up for you during installation. For the best performance we recommend routers labeled as “wireless AC” or “Gigabit” because these are made to support the connection speeds that Fiberspark provides.
