The only other data that we collect is technical usage data and session statistics so that we can ensure our network is optimized for the best performance. Usage data and session statistics are collected anonymously. Beyond this, Fiberspark does not actively monitor customer use of the Internet. The bottom line is that we only collect data necessary to run and improve the service.

Your personal information or technical data will not be shared with any third party, except in cases where information is subpoenaed by law. In such as case, we will respond only within the narrow scope of that subpoena.
